Ashley Randle
Ashley started his career in Cornwall at 15 with the County’s first Michelin stared chef Kevin Viner, Working around the country now 36 Ashley has worked in establishments such as 2 Michelin starred gidliegh park and the 3 Michelin starred waterside inn in Bray.. Ashley’s competitive side came out in later years competing in the prestigious 2017 roux scholarship finals amongst the top 18 under 30 year old chefs in the country and the 2019 craft guild of chefs National Chef Of The Year semi finals… Ashley’s career has seen him work alongside side some of the country’s most respected chefs including, the Roux family, Michael Caines, Sat Baines and Anton Mossiman catering for events with the then Prince Charles and the Great British chefs NSPCC dinner at the Guildhall.
